The docs say h264 isn't ideal for this, so do you have any recommendations? The docs mention a format with a lot of keyframes to allow quick seeking and looping, which is something I'd like. I also wanted to ask about your recommended codec/format for video.

Not sure if it's for the entire plugin or just that backend, since I can't test with the VLC backend. Aside from fewer codecs available with media foundation, there seems to be a small lag/hiccup when looping through video on the media foundation backend.

I have gotten this to work (with the mp4 version only) by disabling the VLC backend on Windows, though it's not an ideal solution. I'm not sure what else to try and would greatly appreciate some help on this. Adding an empty audio track didn't do anything. It is a low framerate video (10 fps) so I tried increasing to 30, which didn't work. I have tried converting the AVI to an mp4 with ffmpeg and Handbrake to no avail. This is being tested in an empty project with just the plugin. It seems to load the file ok, but once it tries to play Unity crashes. Read from location 32058000 caused an access violation.
